of Thermal Engineering, he is responsible for all installed HVAC, hydronic & plumbing systems.
Aron loves to spend time with

He strives to be an active member of the community by participating and serving in his local congregation.
Coy Frailey
Co-owner and Radiant & Snowmelt Manager
Co-owner of Thermal Engineering, he handles customer relations as well as completes estimates for the Hydronics and Plumbing departments.
Coy enjoys spending his time outdoors with his family, especially outdoor motorsports. He is a coach for his toddler’s soccer league, where his inspiring leadership is often ignored.
Office Manager
Kim Ornela
As well as office manager, she also handles the accounting for the business. She has more than 10 years of experience working in banking and collections.
When outside the office, Kim stays busy as a mom to an active family. She also actively participates in her community as the board president of a local soccer club.
Will Frandsen
Service Operations & Tool Manager
As the service operations manager, he manages service calls and retrofit projects, and has been in the industry for over 15 years.
Will is a family man who puts his family first. He has been a force for good in his community serving as a firefighter for over 10 years.
Adam Brodston
Residential Plumbing & Fleet Manager
Adam is the Residential Plumbing Manager, with over 20 years of experience in plumbing and holds a Master Plumber’s License.
Adam loves to cheer on the Jazz with his kids and find new trails in the outdoors with his side-by-side.
Melissa Jackson
Service Dispatch Manager
As your Service Dispatch go to, Melissa takes care of your needs from start to finish, making sure you are listened to and feel like you have a place you can trust with your home or project.
Melissa loves to be with her family. She loves a good hike or camping whether in the mountains or red rocks. She also loves every opportunity anyone gives her to either watch, play, or talk about soccer.
Mauricio Lizana
HVAC Operations Manager
With 28 years of HVAC experience, Mauricio leads projects as our HVAC Manager while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Applied Business Management from BYU-Idaho.
When he’s off the job, you’ll find him planning his next trip, playing pickleball, or tracking down the best food in town.
Ryan Bennett
Safety Manager
With 20 years of experience in the new construction and plumbing industries, Ryan takes a meticulous approach to every project.
When not on a jobsite, Ryan loves to spend time with his family as well as volunteer as a coach and advocate for his local baseball league, while making sure to leave just enough time for a round of golf.
